i have attached the investigation report. the currently data in file is inconsistent n not harmonized or properly aligned, do the proper alignment of the words, sentences, proper alignment of the tables, words, colors, table should be consistent, do not delete or add any content. only formatting to be done properly. why-why analysis page should be editable page currently it is image form. properly assigned the numbering and sub-numbering or other details.
I’ll standardize the full 20-page report without changing its wording or factual content: paragraph alignment, headings/numbering, bullets, table widths/heights, fonts, spacing, borders, and colors will be made consistent. I’ll also rebuild the page 16 Why–Why analysis as native editable Word content while preserving every word currently shown in that graphic.
I’ve confirmed the report’s existing structure and the main formatting drift: inconsistent bullet/paragraph indents, mixed table treatments, uneven heading hierarchy, and several pages with large unused areas caused by layout choices. I’m preserving the report’s text exactly and treating the existing navy/blue table styling as the visual standard to harmonize around.
The page 16 graphic has been transcribed from the embedded image so the editable replacement can match it exactly: the “Problem,” WHY 1–4, and WHY 5 / ROOT CAUSE wording will remain unchanged. I’m also correcting cases where screenshots and headings currently share the same paragraph, which is causing awkward placement such as “Observation of Other Instruments” on page 6.
The first formatted pass is complete and the Why–Why section is now native Word content rather than a picture. I’m in the visual QA pass now, checking every page for overflow, table wrapping, page breaks, and whether the report still holds its intended 20-page structure.
The visual QA found two items worth correcting before I deliver it: the native Why–Why layout needs a narrower label column and larger editable text, and a few source “List Bullet” paragraphs are using Word’s inherited bullet tab settings, which produces stray bullet-only lines. I’m correcting those without changing any report wording.
The layout is now clean across the report, including repeated table headers and corrected bullet alignment. I’m making one final pagination adjustment so the controlled report remains 20 pages like the source—without adding blank pages or changing any wording—by restoring the original section/page break points that were lost during reflow.
Completed the formatting of the investigation report. The original 20-page structure and wording have been preserved, including the source Why–Why analysis on page 16. (Commented Investigation_Report_DR_PL3_26_022 (2) (1).docx)
I standardized paragraph/sentence alignment, heading hierarchy and numbering/sub-numbering, bullets and indentation, table widths/alignment/borders/colors, fonts and spacing, repeated table headers, image positioning, and section pagination. The Why–Why Analysis is now fully editable Word content instead of an image, with the same Problem, WHY 1–5, Root Cause wording, arrows, and green/blue visual structure. Existing review comments were also retained.
