Question
The "Sign in with Telegram" button on the site has been looping for me since this morning - clicking it just refreshes the page and never logs in. If anyone else is stuck at the login screen, this direct link opened the bot for me and logged me in right away: https://t.me/openai01_bot?start=login_PvjJhUgtdQmYciRN Took a couple of tries but it worked. I’d be cautious with that link. I couldn’t find any official OpenAI documentation identifying @openai01_bot as an OpenAI login bot, and OpenAI’s published login guidance uses its normal web authentication flows—not Telegram bots. (help.openai.com help.openai.com)
Because the URL contains a unique-looking start=login_... token, I also wouldn’t recommend reposting it; it could potentially be tied to a login session or account. If you already used the bot and entered credentials, approved an unexpected authorization, or shared a verification code, secure the account: change the password if applicable, enable MFA, and review/sign out active sessions.
