I treated “Habib” as Habib University’s public education model: reparative education, postcolonial Liberal Core, student-centered learning, and quality enhancement systems. The manual also benchmarks against UNESCO SDG 4, OECD evaluation and QA, IB Programme Standards and Practices, CIS accreditation, ADEK school policy guidance, Hong Kong EDB self-evaluation tools, and WHO-UNESCO-UNICEF wellbeing guidance.
