Done — I cleaned up the existing pipelines instead of stacking more gates on top of them. The uploaded script already had a long patch stack in winner, sets, and totals, including the late Stage 8c totals placement logic and multiple dog/sets overrides

- Winner pipeline: removed extra duplicate dog-flip / dog-rescue behavior, cut the conditional dog-flip band that was over-firing, and stopped forcing a guaranteed positive edge on heavy-decider dog flips.
- Sets pipeline: removed the late post-ladder
p2coherence override that was flipping legit 3-set spots back intoBET 2 SETS, and removed the extra late 2-set dominance tiebreak override. - Totals pipeline: removed the over-only Stage 8c placement rescue, restored raw-hold-first elite-hold sourcing, and restored the elite-hold correction scale so the totals market is not forced into the patched-over over path.
I also bumped the version header to 19.4.31 and added a cleanup changelog entry in the file.
I syntax-checked the updated script after editing and it passes.
