I have attached the deviation investigation report. please update the investigation report properly and thoroughly comprehensive manner. Also, whenever needed, add the diagrams or flow diagrams.
Also, I have attached the investigation finding format, investigation to be update in format given in file of investigation finding.
Also, I have attached the SOP for writing review of SOP part in bullet point.

Reviewing findings and document format

The findings pages look good, though there are a lot of blank spaces. Originally, the format was one page, but separating activities onto different pages works fine.
