Yes. I reviewed both BPRs carefully and rebuilt the simplified BPR as an operator-first, 48-page master draft, rather than simply shortening the existing document.

I treated the existing BPR/PT/331/04 as the technical reference because it supersedes /03, while using your simplified draft as the foundation for the clearer process flow. • “WHEN TO FILL / WHAT TO RECORD / BEFORE YOU SIGN / STOP–ESCALATE” guidance directly beside the relevant records, so the operator understands the field before writing anything.
• A 13-step operator roadmap from batch identification → primary line clearance → material/tablet verification → SAP → recipe/settings → challenge tests → primary packing → secondary line clearance → cartoning → reconciliation → final review.
• Separate and clearly sequenced Production and QA responsibilities, with explicit sign/date/time locations.
• Operator-friendly line-clearance checklists using C / NC / NA, with clear instruction that an NC must be resolved before release.

I also rendered and visually reviewed the complete document page by page, including the portrait/landscape IPC and reconciliation pages, and corrected the unwanted blank pages and split instruction/record sections before finalizing this version.

This is a strong Version 1 master design. The next valuable stage would be to review it section-by-section from an actual operator + Production reviewer + QA reviewer perspective and refine wording/fields until every entry passes one test: “Can a trained operator know exactly what to do, what to observe, what to write, where to write it, and when to stop—without guessing?”
