I revised the uploaded article into smoother, more natural academic English and reorganized it for Journal of Dental Materials and Techniques (JDMT). The revision includes a structured abstract, concise discussion, Vancouver-style references, separate title and blinded manuscript files, tables after the references, figure legends, and 300-dpi TIFF figures. The package is editorially revised but not yet scientifically ready for submission. Essential items still requiring confirmation from the study records include the valid trial-registration number, ethics approval and informed-consent information, inconsistent participant denominators and percentages across the figures and tables, the anxiety-score calculations, and final verification of all references and DOIs.
