默认不会下载到当前桌面目录，而是进入 Hugging Face 的缓存文件夹：

可以在 PowerShell 中直接打开：

powershell
explorer "$env:USERPROFILE\.cache\huggingface\hub\models--openai-community--gpt2-medium"

查看具体文件：

powershell
Get-ChildItem "$env:USERPROFILE\.cache\huggingface\hub\models--openai-community--gpt2-medium\snapshots" -Recurse

Hugging Face 默认将模型仓库缓存到 ~/.cache/huggingface/hub；若设置过 HF_HOME 或 HF_HUB_CACHE，位置可能不同。(Hugging Face)

可以检查是否改过路径：

$env:HF_HOME
$env:HF_HUB_CACHE

下次想直接下载到桌面的普通文件夹，可用：
