Fixed. I condensed task/instruction.md from 1,633 words / 12,746 bytes to 577 words / 5,361 bytes while retaining all solver-critical requirements: exact refs/object identity, authenticated JSONL verification, witness algorithm, candidate-count definitions, release corroboration, submodule closures, minimal object sets, repository hygiene, and the exact report schema.
I also verified the rebuilt ZIP is structurally valid and did not include any temporary backup files. Only task/instruction.md was intentionally changed.
