This looks very much like one of those old "guess the Minecraft item sequence" / visual pattern puzzles that circulated around 2019–2020.
From the image I can identify the items approximately as:
- Green: cactus / cactus-related item
- Blue: lapis lazuli
- Red: nether wart (or a similar red resource)
- White: glass pane
The layout is:

However, this is only page 1/5. The "1/5" at the top is the key clue: these puzzles were solved by combining information across all five images. With only the first panel, there isn't enough information to derive a unique flag.
If this is from a CTF, the intended flag is almost certainly reconstructed from all five pages.
If you upload the remaining 2/5–5/5 images, I can work through the entire puzzle and recover the final flag in the form:
bushbash{...}
With only 1/5, there isn't enough information to determine the flag uniquely.
