Done — I updated the simplified BPR using the further simplification proposal as the basis and the existing simplified BPR as the source document. (BPR_Further_Simplification_Proposal.docx) (SImplified BPR.docx)

Main updates made:

• Converted the BPR into the recommended 12-section chronological packing-flow format.
• Removed icons/emojis and replaced them with controlled GMP wording.
• Consolidated repeated BOM/material verification, tablet verification, hold-time, SAP readiness, line clearance, challenge, IPC, operation/rejection/manpower, attachment, and reconciliation records.
• Kept QA/GMP-critical controls visible: line clearance, material identity, proof checks, challenge tests, IPC, sampling, SAP posting, yield/accountability, deviation and final review.
• Render-checked the final document; it is cleanly formatted as a 17-page landscape DOCX.
